Why this becomes a campus problem

Commercial availability, physical routing and campus acceptance are different problems. Two carrier contracts do not settle shared routes, common entries or the construction prerequisites. The difficult work is aligning the technical requirement with land access, commercial scope and a deliverable installation route.

The decisions that unlock the work

• What physical or operational separation does the customer actually require?
• Where do the proposed services share a corridor, structure, crossing or entry?
• Which segments are supported by route evidence, and which remain assertions?
• Who must secure rights, construct each segment and provide the evidence the operator will accept?

What we take responsibility for

1. Establish the real resilience requirement

   Work with the operator and network specialists to define the acceptance brief. Obtain appropriate route evidence under confidentiality arrangements and identify gaps without publishing sensitive infrastructure details.

2. Resolve the last-mile responsibility

   Bring carriers, land advisers and civil teams around the actual access and crossing route. Identify the party able to advance each right, application and construction obligation.

3. Carry the connection through acceptance

   Connect carrier delivery to campus access, internal infrastructure and testing. Resolve unverified dependencies or put them before the operator for explicit acceptance. Do not close the work on the strength of a sales order.

The outcome, and the evidence

A supported connectivity route carried to the agreed readiness or operating endpoint. Success is the service meeting the operator’s brief with documented residual risks, not simply the presence of fiber near the property.
