Why this becomes a campus problem
A grid request, an electrical design and a tenant commitment can each be internally consistent while describing different campuses. The hard work is reconciling the usable load, phasing, external infrastructure and commercial commitments. That requires decisions across organizations, not simply another study commissioned in isolation.
The decisions that unlock the work
- What is the smallest commercially useful phase, and what total facility demand does its IT load imply?
- Which dates and capacities are written commitments, and which are still requests or design assumptions?
- What changes if grid service is phased, the operating ramp changes or an on-site alternative is pursued?
- Which land rights, funding decisions or infrastructure interfaces prevent the preferred route from becoming executable?
What we take responsibility for
Reconcile the operating and power cases
Establish one phase definition with the operator, utility and appointed engineers. Identify the decisions that change the energization route rather than treating every open item as equally important.
Choose and advance a viable route
Compare phased grid service, a separately developed generation solution and a revised programme. Bring a recommendation to the owner with consequences for cost, timing, resilience and commitments. Advance the selected route through the parties authorized to act.
Close the dependencies, not just the meetings
Connect provider arrangements, site-side prerequisites and commissioning evidence to specific acceptance points. Escalate external changes into owner decisions before procurement continues against an obsolete basis.
The outcome, and the evidence
A supported power route for the agreed operating phase, carried through the appointed stage. The acceptance evidence may be an executable readiness package or completed and accepted power infrastructure, depending on the mandate. Queue progress alone is not the result.

How we would resolve a campus power pathwayDefine the intervention
Start with the blocked outcome, current project record and people already responsible for the work. We agree the decisions to resolve, specialist support, authority and acceptance evidence before mobilization. Fees follow the appointed team and accepted milestones, not construction volume.
