Appoint Sitebraid to resolve a shared campus problem or advance an agreed phase without compromising the tenants and phases around it.

01. Start with the campus commitments

Map committed tenants, phase dates, shared infrastructure and the assumptions reserved for future expansion. Define the blocked outcome and the effect of resolving it on the rest of the campus. Establish the current position and the decisions that remain with the owner.

02. Put the right team around the work

Agree project leadership, site presence and the specialist appointments needed. We work alongside your existing people and suppliers, with a clear division of responsibility and a practical route for escalating decisions.

03. Connect the development plan

Bring utility commitments, approvals, engineering, procurement and construction into the same campus plan. Track capacity allocation, tenant interfaces and the shared assets needed before each phase can open. Make dependencies visible before they become missed handovers. Agree the work that can proceed, the conditions that must be closed and the evidence needed at each gate.

04. Execute within your authority

Your team retains investment and spending authority. We pursue the agreed work, coordinate the appointed parties and bring scope or budget changes back for approval. Site coverage and reporting are agreed to fit the appointment.

05. Close the phase and protect what follows

Completion means the contracted result has been accepted and the remaining campus commitments have been updated, not simply that a report has been issued. Define partial phases, handover evidence and outstanding obligations before the work starts.

Fees aligned with the appointment

A retainer funds the agreed team and active delivery period. Additional fees can follow accepted milestones. Per-IT-MW compensation is appropriate only where the work delivers defined capacity; a site issue needs an acceptance milestone suited to that issue. Investigations, specialist services and changes are separately agreed.

Independent and owner-side

We do not take ownership of client projects. Qualified appointed firms undertake regulated engineering, construction and commissioning. Sitebraid is not presented as a licensed engineering practice or general contractor. Utility decisions and public approvals remain with the relevant providers and authorities.

Availability, insurance requirements, delegated authority and commercial terms are established in the project agreement.
