The scope of this website, its content and the distinction between an inquiry and a project appointment.
1. About this website
Sitebraid uses sitebraid.dev to explain its campus-development approach and provide information to potential clients and other professional readers. These terms concern use of the website. They are not a construction contract, professional-services agreement, capacity reservation or offer to deliver a particular project.
Questions about the site or these terms can be sent to [email protected]. The Sitebraid brand on the website does not by itself identify the contracting party for a future engagement; that party and its responsibilities must be stated in the executed project documents.
2. General information and project-specific decisions
Website material is general business information, not project-specific engineering, legal, tax, investment or permitting advice. It cannot establish a site’s feasibility, a right to develop, deliverable utility capacity or a construction release. Use appropriately qualified professionals and current project evidence for those decisions.
Texas requirements differ by parcel, jurisdiction, provider, system configuration and timing. A source describing one local process is not a statewide rule. Capacity, phasing, cost and schedule decisions require the actual operator brief, applicable approvals and the relevant service arrangements.
3. Insights, examples and external sources
Insights include Sitebraid’s opinions and proposed methods. An article labeled as an illustrative assignment describes how work could be approached, not a completed client engagement or a verified outcome. Its options and acceptance criteria are examples to adapt, not commitments that every assignment will include them.
Source links identify the public context used for the article. Sources and requirements may change after the stated review date. Inclusion of a link does not mean Sitebraid controls that source, endorses all its contents or has a commercial relationship with its publisher. Readers should verify current requirements before relying on them for a project.
4. Visual material and team experience
AI-generated images and video are labeled as visualizations. They are not photographs or footage of a completed Sitebraid project and should not be used as evidence of construction progress, site conditions or delivery history.
References to team experience should be read in their stated context. A link to L2D2 does not mean Sitebraid owns that project, has delivered its entire proposed build-out, or is endorsed by every organization associated with it.
5. Inquiries and professional appointments
An email, introductory discussion or use of the website does not create a project appointment or authorize Sitebraid to act for you. Scope, staffing, contracting party, authority, fees, insurance requirements, confidentiality, deliverables and acceptance must be agreed separately.
The owner retains decisions not expressly delegated in the project agreement. Qualified appointed professionals and contractors undertake the regulated design, certification and construction within their scopes. The website does not represent Sitebraid as the general contractor or a licensed engineering practice.
Provider commitments, public approvals, third-party performance and tenant acceptance remain subject to the relevant parties and agreements. Descriptions of target outcomes do not guarantee an approval, utility date, cost, commercial return or ability to resolve every constraint.
6. Commercial descriptions
References to retainers, milestone fees or per-MW compensation explain possible engagement structures, not a binding quotation. The agreed contract defines the fee basis, eligible capacity, milestones, acceptance evidence, changes and any separate specialist costs. Website language does not amend that contract.
7. Appropriate use of content
You may read, link to and share the public pages. You may retain reasonable copies for internal evaluation of Sitebraid or a potential assignment, preserving source attribution and notices. Sitebraid branding and original material, and any third-party material, remain subject to the rights of their respective holders.
Do not republish material in a way that falsely implies authorship, a completed project, a partnership or an endorsement. Do not use Sitebraid’s name or logo to represent that you act for the business without authorization. Requests for broader publication or commercial reuse can be sent to the team.
8. Site security and availability
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another party or use the site unlawfully. Automated access must not damage the service or evade access restrictions. Report suspected technical problems through the contact address rather than testing destructively.
The site and its links may change or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete or current. This public information service is not an operational monitoring system, project record of authority or emergency contact route.
9. Information you send
Send only material you are authorized to share. Initial emails should not contain confidential tenant information, credentials, sensitive infrastructure records or personal information that is unnecessary for the inquiry. Confidentiality and project-data arrangements can be agreed before detailed documents are exchanged.
Personal information handling is described in the privacy notice. These website terms do not replace a separately signed nondisclosure or services agreement.
10. Responsibility and applicable rights
The allocation of professional responsibility, warranties, remedies and liability for an engagement belongs in its executed agreement. General website descriptions do not create additional project warranties or replace those provisions. Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms do not impose an arbitration agreement, a specific court venue or a project governing-law choice. Any such commercial provisions must be established in the appropriate agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
11. Changes and contact
The effective date above identifies this version. Updated website terms may be posted as the site or its use changes; an update does not by itself amend an existing project agreement. For a correction, permission request or question, contact [email protected].
