Find the controlling constraint
We begin with the outcome that cannot move. Then we separate what is documented from what is assumed across tenant commitments, utility service, land rights, approvals, infrastructure and funding. The goal is to find the decision that controls the project, not produce another activity list.
Test the routes against the whole campus
Every viable option is tested for schedule, capital, operating exposure and effect on later tenants and phases. A faster first phase is not a solution if it consumes the capacity, access or financing the next phase needs.
Build and execute one route
We put the tradeoffs in front of the client, define the selected path and organize the people, authority and evidence needed to deliver it. Our campus recovery capability shows how this works when the original plan no longer holds together.
Close with evidence
The work ends when the agreed result can be used: a service route is supported, an approval path is actionable, funding responsibility is clear or a phase can proceed. We update the remaining campus commitments so the next decision starts from facts, not inherited assumptions.
