SITEBRAID / PRIVACY

Privacy notice

Effective September 7, 2026

How information is handled when you visit sitebraid.dev or contact the Sitebraid team.

1. Scope and contact

This notice covers the Sitebraid website and initial business inquiries. Sitebraid is the business presented on this website. For questions about this notice or the handling of an inquiry, contact [email protected]. A signed client agreement or separate project notice may address additional information handled during an engagement.

2. Information you choose to provide

If you email us, your message may include your name, business email address, organization, role, telephone number, project details and attachments. Email links open your own email application. The website does not submit an inquiry on your behalf, and opening an email link does not itself send a message to Sitebraid.

Please keep initial inquiries nonconfidential and limited to what is needed to discuss the work. Do not send sensitive personal data, credentials, restricted infrastructure drawings or information you are not authorized to share. Appropriate confidentiality and project information-sharing arrangements can be established separately.

3. Technical information and hosting

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Requests may involve technical information such as IP address, requested resource, time, browser information and security-related data. This processing helps deliver pages and media, identify malicious traffic and maintain the service. Cloudflare’s handling is described in its privacy policy.

4. Cookies, storage and media

The current website does not include advertising pixels, marketing analytics, account registration or inquiry forms. Its own interface code does not create tracking cookies or store your preferences in local storage. Animation settings apply within the page and are not a marketing identifier.

Cloudflare may use security-related cookies or challenges where needed to deliver or protect the site. The cookies involved depend on the service and request. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking security-related cookies may affect access in some circumstances.

Fonts, images and the construction video are served from this website rather than from an embedded social or video platform. Video playback makes a request to our hosting service. The video does not access your camera or microphone. Reduced-motion settings stop automatic animation; you can use the animation control to choose playback.

5. How inquiry information is used

Information you send is used to respond, understand the potential assignment, arrange appropriate next steps and maintain relevant business correspondence. It may also be needed to protect the business, manage a dispute or meet applicable obligations. Sending a project inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter.

6. When information may be shared

Hosting, communications and other service providers may process information needed to provide their services. Inquiry information may be made available to team members or advisers who need it to evaluate or respond to the request. Confidential project sharing should be addressed through the arrangements agreed for that project.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to investigate misuse or protect legal rights. The website has no advertising-data marketplace, and we do not use website inquiries for the sale of personal information or targeted advertising.

7. External links and social sharing

L2D2, research sources and social-sharing links take you to independent websites. We do not control their information practices. Social-sharing controls are ordinary links, not embedded social tracking widgets. If you select one, the destination may receive the shared URL and information your browser sends, and its own terms and privacy notice apply.

8. Retention and security

There is no single retention period for every record. Relevant factors include the purpose of the correspondence, whether an engagement follows, applicable recordkeeping obligations, disputes and the operation of service-provider backups or logs. Ask us about a particular record if you want information about its retention or deletion.

The site uses HTTPS and hosting security controls. No online service or email channel can promise absolute security. Do not treat this public website or an initial email as a secure project data room.

9. Location and intended audience

This website is intended for professional audiences considering Texas campus development. Hosting and communications services may process information in the United States or other locations used by those providers. The site is not directed to children and does not ask them to submit information.

10. Your choices and requests

You can browse without sending an inquiry, manage browser cookies and decide whether to open third-party links. To ask about information you supplied, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected] with enough context to identify the correspondence. Do not include a government ID or other sensitive information in the initial request.

We may need to verify a request or clarify its scope. Access, correction, deletion, portability or opt-out rights depend on applicable law and the nature of the processing. Where such rights apply, requests and any applicable appeal will be handled under that law. This notice does not limit statutory rights or assume that every privacy law applies to every inquiry.

If you disagree with a response, reply with “Privacy review” in the subject line and explain the concern. You may also contact the relevant regulator. The Texas Attorney General’s consumer privacy resource explains available state information and complaint routes.

11. Updates and questions

The effective date above identifies this version. If the website’s information practices change, this notice should change with them, with additional notice or consent where required. Questions about this notice can be sent to [email protected].
