On-site or nearby generation is available, but the grid interface, customer model, operating permissions and transition plan remain unresolved.
The proposed plant can produce energy, but the campus still needs an agreed connection, customer-service model and operating envelope. A generation trip or late utility transition may invalidate the capacity promised to a tenant.
Appointed technical teams establish grid-parallel, outage and restart requirements. The owner needs fuel, permitting, operating and commercial assumptions that support the same scenario. Compare a smaller viable phase with an unapproved full-campus solution.
